У нашој школи обиљежен је Свјетски дан поезије. Том приликом наши ученици, у сарадњи са школском библиотеком, направили су пано којим се слави поезија и писана ријеч.
Са првим даном прољећа, најљепшим стиховима домаћих и страних поета украсили смо школски ходник, а све у намјери да наше ученике подсјетимо на то колико је важно читати, писати и говорити поезију.
Између осталог, овај дан има за циљ и да подстакне оснивање и његовање националних, регионалних и интернационалних поетских покрета, а код нас и у свијету обиљежава се на различите начине.
Понегдје се на овај празник поезијом може платити кафа, а становнике већих градова не треба да изненади уколико се у градском превозу појави познати пјесник који говори своје стихове.
На овај дан, могуће је све што је лијепо, креативно и маштовито, каква је и сама поезија.
